Very disappointing - Edit
I booked three nights in this hostel expecting to have a great time with other vegans or vegan-curious people and possibly extending my stay for even longer.
Read moreRight when I arrived, I felt like I wanted to leave. The bathrooms smell horrible and the windows of the mixed-dorm I was staying in are open 24/7 with no way to close them. Combine that with a busy road right outside and you've got a constant road noise even while you're trying to sleep.
None of the people I talked to or shared the room with were actually vegan. They all just seemed to be there becuase it's a hostel in a modern and techy area, so most of them were Indian digital nomads complaining that animal foods are not allowed inside the hostel.
None of the food is included in the price of the room, so I only tried one thing. The "Orange Drizzle Cake" sounded fancy, but was the most plain and sad pre-made cake I've seen in a while.
I really really love the concept of the hostel, but the execution is simply a fail :(
Pros: Great Concept
Cons: Hardly any vegans, Overpriced and bland food, Horrible for sleeping
