Good ramen, long Wait - Edit
The ramen was tasty, there are multiple vegan options on the menu. On the plus side, there were many seats available unlike most restaurants nearby. Unfortunately we waited over 40mins for our food.

Could have been a bit better - Edit
At first place I have to say I've enjoyed my stay at BAZA - the interior and service were great and the place has a solid amount of vegan options available, for a non-vegan restaurant. HOWEVER - most of vegan ramens they serve don't seem too attractive for me personally, ingredient-wise. I've tried the tantanmen ramen which seemed to fit my taste the best, but while the broth was seasoned well, the minced "chicken" was salty enough to infuse the whole ramen to the point where it was hard to finish it due the saltiness. I've tried the miso ramen ordered by my girlfriend as well, and it also didn't quite meet my expectations, but that's just because the toppings on this one are things i don't enjoy too much in my ramen. Speaking of toppings - I would also enjoy a bit more of those in my plate, but the amount I've got was still acceptable, so that's not a real issue. Will hopefully eat there once again to double check if i just had a bad luck that day or they season the plant meat like that every time.

Very tasty ramen - Edit
Place not easy to find, in pretty busy area in old town of Toruń. Nice change after all polish food serving places. 3 veg options of Ramen are available also gyoza veg dumplings. Nice service and quite big variety of craft beer.
