Good inexpensive vegan food - Edit
Whitianga is a lovely place and takeaway food can be enjoyed in the park. This little Chinese takeaway place has decent inexpensive vegan food: noodles soup with vegetables, fried noodles with vegetables, fried rice with vegetables. They have a veggie burger as well, which is vegetarian (not vegan). Servings are very generous and service quick. I ate here two times, good value for money
