Gluten Free Cafe

For those looking for a 100% gluten free cafe this place could be for you. I've had good experiences and bad experiences of gluten free food in the past and the food here proves this place to be one of the better ones, the food was good quality and tasty.
In the Perth area there is a gluten free bakery which is fully vegan, it's outstanding, called Darringtons, we love it there and would always recommend them for gluten free bakery items first as they have got it spot on and no meat or dairy on their premises.
There were 3 vegan items on offer, the Goodness Bowl, Vegan Bagel and the Vegan Burger. In the glass cabinet there was also a vegan cake. The Goodness Bowl was a bit pricey for the size, but the ingredients were fresh, healthy and well put together.
This was my second time here, the first time I met a friend for coffee and ended up with a smoothie and cake which were very good.
Service was friendly.

Delicious Friendly Wonderful

This Shoalwater cafe provides delicious vegan and vegetarian options in light and airy surroundings. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Bayside salad was so good the 3 of us returned the following day for the Goodness Bowl. Both delightful - tasty, fresh perfectly balanced and meat free.

Great vegan options

Hidden little gem, very cozy and super friendly staff. I had the V burger and my husband had the veggies on toast; instead of fetta he got avocado. My husband has IBS and cant have any onion or garlic, so i was happy that we were able to find somwthing yummy for him. Very nice coffee.

Pros: Plenty of vegan choices

Cons: AC/fans not on

Amazing food! So many options. Really helpful and soooo tasty! They are also gluten free
