Winning, Signature "No-Kill Jambalaya"!

Bayou Vegan Cafe's signature "no-kill" jambalaya won the nontraditional category and also tied for overall best of show against a traditional jambalaya in a local cook-off!

Pros: It impresses even the carnie Cajuns and Creoles!

Cons: none!
