An Alright Wrap! - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. Despite looking somewhat scary on the board above where you order, the wrap had a nice amount of salad with an alright Guacamole to accompany it.

Good Curry Dish - Edit
Bayliner Diner is located inside the Universal Cabana Bay Resort. We were happy with our service by the staff here. Their vegan options were pretty good. The items are marked on the menu with a green plant V symbol, but I believe it can stand for both Vegan and Vegetarian so always ask. We told them we were vegan and the chef came out to talk to us. They offer a Beyond burger, avocado, lettuce, pickles, red onions, tomatoes and fries. The chef cooked our food in the back to avoid cross contamination. He cooked fries in separate fryer and burger on separate grill. We also had the Curry Vegetable stir fry with Jasmine Rice and a side of curry cauliflower. It was very good! There is a grab and go area where you can find salads, fruits, and a small section with vegan snacks.
