I have been here many times and these stalls all seem to be there every time.
There is a charming vegan chocolate place inside, near the cafe. They serve hot chocolate, which is not very sweet, but you can ask for a sweeter version, and small handmade chocolates.
I recommend Chitra's Tastebud for a savoury snack. Chitra serves veg and non-veg Malaysian-Indian food. I always go for her $3 mushroom and chickpea samosas. She also has cauliflower and potato, and sweet apple samosas. There are also curry puffs with potato. Update to say that Chitra has confirmed that these are all vegan!
There is a juice place near the entrance that does vegan juices and smoothies, with a couple of winter warmer options.
Potato on a Stick is just potato, oil and seasoning. One of the seasonings is chicken salt but all the others should be vegan-friendly as the seasoning is just shaken on at the end.
There is a crepe man who does sweet (all veg) and savoury (veg option) crepes. Next to him is someone who sells oranges, and makes fresh-squeezed orange juice.
There is, of course, always fresh local produce for sale at a number of stalls.
