Don't deliver orders - Edit
Deliver my order which was placed a month ago on your website. Answer your emails which I have sent four. Answer your messages which are ignored. Only contact seems to be at Vegan Markets over Scotland, unfortunately they are not back in Edinburgh until Christmas. I am VERY disappointed at the lack of response from them and wonder if I am the only one placing an online order on their website, pay for it and never receive it .

I ordered a £30 advent calendar at the northern vegan festival which they said they would post to arrive 4 days later. It didn't and I am not getting a response from them via email, Facebook or their website. Absolute scam.

I didn’t get most of my order - Edit
I’ve asked twice for the remainder of my order to be sent and now am not getting any response (from VB on facebook). I’ve asked for a refund via my card. Just to warn people - it’s sad because I want a vegan company to succeed.
