Delicious food, unorganized staff

Many delicious food but fully unorganized staff with a lack of ingredients, and long delays for serving the orders. Last time they told me that the food I ordered was not available after waiting for 45 minutes! They also didn't serve my juice in the meantime.

Pros: Delicious food, Many options, Good atmosphere and seating

Cons: Unorganized staff, Lack of ingredients , Long delays of 30-60 minutes

Staff / menu don’t really know what “vegan” means

I went in and saw that they have a yoghurt bowl with fruits and seeds labelled as vegan. I double checked that the yoghurt was in fact vegan and they said they didn’t know and proceed to bring out a carton of yoghurt to check the ingredients list with me. I said no.1 ingredient is milk so no, it’s not actually vegan and they should relabel their menu.

It completely undermined any confidence in staff knowing what veganism means and the menu being reliably labled so I left. Very disappointing.

It’s as other reviews say

The place is cool, but they need better management or to improve a lot in several ways. Go with plenty of time. We did wait about an hour for coffee, and although it was packed, there was no one on the coffee station and many people ended up leaving from waiting too long.

I wanted a vegan avocado toast, and in order to switch the feta for tofu, the waiter needed to contact the manager via message. Then I waited 20min and asked the guy if he got an answer. He forgot about it and my order, but they decided to accept the change.

The toast did come untoasted, so I sent it back and asked them to please toast it. Then I realised the menu lists pine nuts as an ingredient, but I had none on my plate. They brought a little sauce cup with very soft, wet/soggy pine nuts. Ew 😅. Well, it’s a bit pricy for what you get, plus I would have loved some communication on wait time or some kind of comp for the food issues we had. Anyways, the dish was good, but the service needs improvement.

Very disappointed

I ordered the plain avocado on toasted sourdough. The bread was not sourdough, it was plain, thinly sliced white bread & wasn't toasted to the point that the avocado mash made it feel wet. I couldn't eat it. Too wet & sloppy for my tastes. Service was extrememly slow too (way slower than usual!). It took the young lady 40 minutes to make an iced matcha latte!! The manager was nice & asked why I didn't eat my food & he offered to discount my meal which I didnt accept. Sorry but won't be going there again.

Cons: Service way too slow

Delicious sisig

I had a really tasty meal here. I went for the tofu sisig which was delicious. I asked for the egg on the side (my boyfriend usually eats the eggs from these types of dishes) but it came in the middle of the hot plate and was still cooking so I had to eat around it. The dish also had some kind of mayo drizzle on top. In hindsight I should have asked for no egg / to make it vegan as i’m sure they would have accommodated but the sisig was really delicious and had so much flavour! I also noticed a few other vegan bits like carrot cake. Will be going back😄

Pros: Tasty flavours , Cute restaurant

Cons: Not a huge amount of vegan options

Very nice restaurant.

We went here three times, and really loved the food. I ordered the tofu sisig without egg, but it comes with mayonaise then so make sure to specify you want to eat the whole dish vegan. Their cocktails are also very nice. Be careful when going there if it is busy, we were waiting for one and a half hours. The coffee is nice, but you can skip the vegan cake, it is dry and has way too much cream

Pros: Good options

Cons: Very slow, Unspecific meal descriptions

Yummy tofu sisig

Small cafe with a large menu including vegan options. The staff are really accommodating if you ask about the dishes. Had a tofu sisig with no egg and a mango pineapple juice and it was a good dinner.
