The cuisine is slightly upscale, and the prices are accordingly. But you get tasty food in return and most likely you are on vacation where the purse strings are a little looser ;)
Read moreClearly labeled menu. There is a relatively large selection for the area: Appetizer, soup, 2 curries, salad, burger & dessert. Although they also have pizza, they don't offer a vegan option. That could be easily improved.
The waiters were super courteous, first-class service.
There are plenty of parking spaces. For summer visitors, right next to it is the (also expensive) summer toboggan run.
Pros: multiple high-quality options

Baumbar has a very welcoming atmosphere and lovely decor. I had the vegan burger. The portion was very big. I thought the jackfruit lacked a bit of flavor. Still glad they offer vegan options on the menu which is not very common in this town. The staff were very friendly.

It’s the perfect combination between vegan and non-vegan options. I tried the tomato soup but they have also weekly menus, so there are also some other options. Then the vegan burger, but the curry sounds also good, and at the end - the dessert 🤩 it’s really nice to have vegan dessert which is not sorbet 😅
