Delicious vegan cookie! - Edit
Batch vegan cookie is definitely the best vegan cookie in Bordeaux. It’s huge with chocolate chips and spéculoos filling.

When I want to treat myself… - Edit
I get myself one of Batch’s speculoos-filled chocolate chip cookies. Melty, crispy, moist, gooey. They are huge, and although I can polish off a whole one, I usually get two sittings out of them. There’s only the one vegan option, but punaise. It’s good. Having tried the other vegan cookie options in Bordeaux, this is my tried-and-true favorite. Expensive at 4€ a cookie, but thank goodness, because otherwise I’d be buying these waaaay too often for my own good.
