Not very good - Edit
This restaurant is not vegan but offers a few vegan dishes. I had a soup that had no taste at all. My boyfriend had a buddha bowl which he seemed to enjoy.

Mediocre - Edit
Local Vietnamese restaurant chain whose menu features a number of clearly labeled vegan options. I tried their veggie samosa starters, the vegan pho (tofu), and the vegan chocolate mousse dessert. The samosas were actually quite tasty and enjoyable, but everything went downhill from there. The soup was ok, but not terribly flavorful or interesting. It really lacked veggies as it was just essentially a bland broth with noodles and some cubes of odd-looking blackish tofu (it was peppered or something like that, but even then it lacked flavor). The chocolate mousse was WAY too sweet. As if they used sugar to compensate for a lack of everything else, as all I could taste was sweetness--not even cacao or the spices they claimed it had. Overall it was a disappointing meal and I will not be returning. Don't recommend it.

Great spot for vegan and others alike, delicious desserts - Edit
Friendly service, good food, and not to be missed desserts.
Read moreThe "Salade aux Nems et Legumes" was really good and flavorful, interesting textures and dressing. It was big enough to be shared, I just left the nems to my friend since they have eggs in them. The "Bouchées d'artichauts et légumes" were good. The "Petit bouillon aux légumes" was a little bland, I would probably skip that one the next time. The desserts on the other hand were truly delicious! We tried the "Che à la banane fraîche" and the Perles de Coco, and loved both. The cocktail with cider, lime and litchi was interesting and a good match with the food.
Pros: Awesome desserts, Well priced, Friendly staff

Savorless vegan options except for tasty desserts - Edit
I've tried this restaurant with a group of vegan activists in Toulouse. We chose the vegetarian menu that was made vegan for the group (only the nems contain eggs so we had spring rolls to replace them, and no fish sauce on the table). The phô soup and the bo bun with tofu were really savorless and we had to put a lot of spicy sauce to have something a bit tasty. It's a pity since dishes looked good but they do not know how to prepare tofu. However, their desserts were beautiful! The ches are vegan and made with a coconut cream, tapioca, fruits and peanuts. They also have a vegan soya milkshake so I recommend this restaurant for teatime: desserts and milkshake are great. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is well located and nice.
