Didn't know what vegan was - Edit
I was excited by the previous reviewer mentioning that the staff knew what vegan was. I went in and asked what their vegan options were. They said they had a frittata and a breakfast burrito. Confuse, I said that I couldn't eat egg or milk products and they said they made salads.
Read moreI gave up at that point and left. Maybe someone else can tell me what's actually vegan there.

Basque Boulangerie: A Hidden Nor Cal, Danville Gem - Edit
Absolutely wonderful food with the friendliest staff! Left me feeling light and satisfied! Almost everything can be made vegan or gluten free and they are so clean! Taking influence from several styles and countries this is a hidden gem! Their gluten free muffins are u bearable and to die for! The owners are so passionate about this business! The ambience is unmatchable, both indoor and outdoor! They took over a historic landmark and have made it into a beautiful bakery, cafe, and restaurant with the highest quality good for the right price! Loved the quinoa bowl (no egg) and the iced tea! Definitely making this my go to!
