Delicious Italy but not for vegan

Be carefull, almost all dishes have dairy products. For example, chickpeas can be fried in butter, and mushrooms soaked in milk.

Authentic Italian in Volgograd

I was really pleasantly surprised by this authentic Italian restaurant. The pizza dough is just flour, yeast, and water, and so it is easy to make a vegan pizza. I tried the rosemary focaccia and vegetable ragout. The ragout was very tasty. Staff were friendly and clarified ingredients upon request. The restaurant is owned by an Italian man who is often in the kitchen.

Pros: authentic, helpful staff, great atmosphere
