I got the vegan bruschetta and the vegan spaghetti basilico and both were a disappointment.
Read moreThe bruschetta was a soft piece of bread, wilted leaves and no flavour, no crunch or salsa.
The spaghetti basilico was also bland, tasted like tomato soup mixed with pasta.
The staff were lovely, shame the manager and food lacked.

They have a whole separate vegan menu with many things to choose from, several starter plus dessert. It is so refreshing to have a vegan menu and everything was super tasty. The highlight for me was the dessert, chocolate orange cake, amazing!!

Vegan options for starters, main courses and dessert. Staff is really friendly and helpful with tips about vegan options. Vegan pizza menu is only on the website, would be better, if you'll get it right away with the non-vegan menu. Vegan pizza is absolutely delicious and big. :)

The food is very good, especially the vegan antipasti and the penne, and it's great to have a separate vegan menu. The same menu is available in the bar and the more formal restaurant so you can have the ambiance of your choice.

I am a regular Costumer of Basilico Italian Restaurant, in Oranmore, just 10 minutes from Galway City.

In Basilico Restaurant we always found lots of Options for us like their famous Gluten Free Vegan pizza, Porcini Mushroom Risotto, Salads and Gluten Free pastas .
The owners are Italians and most of their staff too, so for that reason alone we love coming back here .
Highly Reccomended .
