German-based chain of organic supermarkets also known as Basic Bio. Stocks a large variety of organic foods and beverages and natural groceries. Features in-house bakery, prepared foods bar, and bistro. Formerly know as Basic. Open Mon-Sat 08:00-20:00.
You can get a variety of vegan products (tofu and seitan products, vegan cheese, plant based milks and yogurts, sweets, snacks...) in this huge organic supermarket! On the price tags there is a "V" sign if the product is vegan.
They also have a packed free section where you can get dry products and put it in your own containers plus plastic free cosmetics.

Good supermarket, surprisingly not a lot of vegan products - Edit
I was kind of surprised that they do not offer vegan cheese here, which I expected. That was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that, I like their selection of barbecue sauces of which a lot are vegan (kind of hard to find in a normal supermarket) and they offer a lot of store-brand syrups like agave syrup. The selection of vegan spreads for bread is also HUGE, I always enjoy browsing and choosing a new one. Their wine selection is quite large, I wish they would label which wines are vegan and which ones are not. Kind of annoying to ask the staff for every single bottle of wine.
It is really hard to find staff to ask questions in this supermarket. Usually, I have to go to the cashiers desk to ask. I like to go here from time to time, but I wish they would include more vegan labeling of their products and also offer vegan cheese options.
Update summer 2018: The fruit/ veg section has descreased since spring, often there is mouldy fruit or rotten, even in the morning. Really often I encountered that even though I go only every other week.
I love their veggie section, they do not only have the mainstream plants and the produce looks fresh and inviting.
For the dried food/ fridge, they have more new products or special editions than the competitor. Overall, good selection of vegan-organic food.
The bakery/ snack are has plenty of comfy seating, there a a bit of vegan options, not too many though.

Pros: packaging-free fruits and vegetables, good store-brand, large selection of vegan spreads
Cons: almost no vegan labels, no vegan cheese available
