Inedible burger - Edit
We visited on a recent road trip through the area and stopped in for dinner. It was busy but we only waited 10 minutes for a table. The server was nice but we waited over an hour for our burgers and when it finally arrived mine was inedibly salty. It was also too spicy for me, I could have muscled through that but something happened in the kitchen and there was way, way too much salt on it. Even my husband who tried it agreed. I was only able to eat a small portion then had to resort to the vegan emergency granola bar in my purse after we left.

OMG, amazing! - Edit
The grilled carrots were a show stopper appetizer that the whole table raved over. The Vegan Sundried Impossibile burger was delicious! Great sushi and fries as well. The vegan chocolate cheesecake was truly beautiful. We learned they make it in house. It was a generous portion too! We loved this place! The atmosphere was fun too. It has a sexy date night vibe. Awesome restaurant.

All the Vegetarian / Vegan options are clearly labeled. I had the Spring Rolls and the Vegan 'chicken' sushi and both were delicious!

vegan options labeled on menu - Edit
brussel sprout salad was flash fried with fresh cut jalapeños — delish! enoki roll was good but heavy on the rice.

Cons: food took on the longer side to arrive, 30 min wait for a table (for walk ins on a Sat), extensive menu was way too overwhelming

Delicious! - Edit
Was impressed with the amount of vegan options they have. Had the impossible burger, which isn't hard to come by, but they made it better topping it with grilled squash and peppers. It was delicious and nice to have something different than the usual sliced tomato on top.
