Delicious Food and clearly labeled options - Edit
All the Vegetarian / Vegan options are clearly labeled. I had the Spring Rolls and the Vegan 'chicken' sushi and both were delicious!

vegan options labeled on menu - Edit
brussel sprout salad was flash fried with fresh cut jalapeños — delish! enoki roll was good but heavy on the rice.

Cons: food took on the longer side to arrive, 30 min wait for a table (for walk ins on a Sat), extensive menu was way too overwhelming

Delicious! - Edit
Was impressed with the amount of vegan options they have. Had the impossible burger, which isn't hard to come by, but they made it better topping it with grilled squash and peppers. It was delicious and nice to have something different than the usual sliced tomato on top.
