Fantastic knowledge

The staff knew what they were talking about with their offerings, and even warned me that the soy based products look like the real thing and not to panic when it came out! Cute! For a smaller town I was so happy to see my hotel offering options. They could also talk me through what had gluten and didn’t - which was promising. Food was what was promised ☺️
