Creative Korean LA style - Edit
Creative reinterpretation of Korean food LA style with an emphasis on fermented foods. Kudos for the strong selection of vegetarian options. A few extra vegan options wouldn't harm their business and might help raise the profile of this already famous restaurant. I really liked the cherry tepache and the spicy quinoa salad.
