Now two branches in Sarit mall, remains excellent - Edit
The small Barista &Co chain and their sister restaurant Shokupan are all quietly vegetarian, not shouting about it but with an entirely vegetarian menu. Vegan options exist but are not plentiful. Today I tried their spicy tofu scramble on sourdough, which was excellent. Their coffee has also improved. Service is always on point - you'll never ever get poor service here, I've met the co-founder and he's told me at length their standards which are obvious. I've visited all the branches many times and it remains my favourite restaurant in Nairobi by a distance.

Good vegan Shakshuka - 3.5 stars. - Edit
There seems to be one vegan option on the menu - a vegan shakshuka. It was really filling, very flavourful.

The waitresses were friendly but not 100% knowledgable on veganism. Would go back though as they helped guide me though what I could and couldn’t eat.
I’d give it a four if it had more vegan options
