Serves meat, vegan options available. Spanish cuisine menu with several accidentally vegan options - such as the chickpea cazuela - and the intentionally vegan/vegetarian risotto. The vegetable paella can be vegan without the sauce. Tapas like blistered shishito peppers, marinated olives, spicy eggplant capanota, mushrooms a la plancha are vegan. Specify vegan, and staff can suggest items per order of preference. The restaurant is sectioned into a bar area, a casual dining salon, and a back room with white tablecloths and prints of scenes from Spain, America in the 50s, and other topics blending into the take-me-back experience. Gets busy especially on weekends. Locations across states. Open Mon-Thu 4:00pm-1:00am, Fri 4:00pm-2:00am, Sat 11:00am-2:00am, Sun 11:00am-1:00am.

Great vegan tapas - Edit
We enjoyed vegan tapas and paella. Lots of choices! The menu included about 7 vegan tapas, two salads, and the veggie paella. We tried several of the tapas and the paella. All excellent! Cocktails were great too.

Needs more options - Edit
We go here pretty frequently, but it’s not my fav and really could get more vegan options. The veggie paella could use more flavor. The staff will accommodate as best as they can

Feels good to be included, does not cater to vegans - Edit
There were six vegan tapas on their rotating menu when I went. They were tasty but all of them felt like veggie side dishes rather than an artful show-stopper tapas plate. Also definitely make reservations here. As a walkup, I was turned away three times.

Excellent vegan options - Edit
There are several items on the menu that are vegan and the waitress modified one dish (took out honey) to make it vegan. Nice outdoor seating!

AMAZING - Edit
I would give this five stars if I could. The wait staff is absolutely phenomenal. I am vegan and another one in my part is gluten free, and the waiter went thought the menu and marked all of the items that both of us could eat. Everything is so delicious and the drinks are beyond amazing. I can not recommend this place more. It’s always a good idea to make a reservation as the wait does get quite long.

Five stars - Edit
Best tapas I’ve had outside of Spain, especially the patatas bravas. Plenty of vegetarian options.

More options than I expected! - Edit
The servers here are excellent and will actually handwrite on a menu what options fit your diet. I was extremely surprised at the amount of vegan/vegetarian options and everything I order was excellent. This is a very popular place and great to go with large parties - that being said most of my friends eat meat and it was frustrating to have to tell them to give the veggie dishes to me first before they put their forks in them.... so my biggest suggestion would be to serve each item with a fork/spoon so that everyone is not sticking their own fork/spoon into the shared food...(hello - cold/flu season as well - who wants to share germs?!?)
Read morePros: Friendly/Knowledgable Staff, Nice Selection, Nice ambiance
Cons: No serving spoons!, Hard to get a table - reservations are a must, Parking is on-street and can be tough
