The vegetable paella can be vegan without the sauce. Tapas like blistered shishito peppers, marinated olives, mushrooms a la plancha are vegan. Specify vegan, and staff can suggest items per order of preference. Locations across states. Open Mon-Fri 4:00pm-1:00am, Sat-Sun 10:00am-1:00am.

Great indoor and outdoor space. Terrific vegan options as well as omnivore options for mixed groups.

Food was good but sheesh was it noisy! - Edit
Big menu with about 10 vegan or veganizable tapas plus several salads and a vegetable paella. We ordered five tapas and the paella and everything was tasty. The bread was especially good. That being said, the absolutely ridiculous noise level ruined it for us. We basically plowed through our food and hightailed it out of there as fast as we could. It was really bad.

So Many Choices - Edit
We found this place on Happy Cow. I’d give it five stars if I could. The menu had about 10 vegetable tapas that were already vegan or could be made vegan. They also had a couple salads and a vegetable paella. The table bread was also vegan.
Read moreWe ordered five tapas and were full. The waitstaff was so nice and knowledgeable about all the ingredients. Five tapas and two glasses of wine were around $65. Not bad for a nice night out!

Wish I could do 5 stars! Such friendly staff and to die for food! - Edit
We planned on going somewhere else on the street but a staff member approached us when we were looking at the menu to explain their late night menu. When we told him we were vegan he knew right away what was vegan and even pointed out items that only had honey.

I have been to this restaurant many times. There are plenty of vegan tapas to choose from (ask the wait staff to circle them on the menu for you) and they are all amazing
