A lot of vegan options, not all of them are good - Edit
It's a restaurant with many vegetarian and vegan options and they are well labeled. Nevertheless my vegan spaghetti carbonara was too greasy and the meat alternative was missing (it was basically just spaghetti with cream, pepper and onions.). The atmosphere there is really nice though. You can only pay by card if 5% is fine for you (and they will add 10% automatically to the price).

I went there twice. The first time was disappointing, the second time was better. The taco reminded me of a burrito rather than a taco but it was alright. I had a small bite of the chili which was good. They have many vegan options but you kind of need to be lucky to choose a good one.

The fries were lacking salt, but compared to other restaurants in Nicaragua they were good. So was the burger patty. The bread looked and tasted self-made and very (!) dry. After one bite, the burger completely fell apart. It wasn't horrible, just not very enjoyable. The portion size looked small, but since I was chewing on the bread for ages, it was big enough for me to feel full at the end.
They charge 10% for the service. You can also pay with a card, but that's an extra 5%.
They have many vegan options and I might have chosen the wrong one. I am sure there are better ones.

Ich liebe die Bananan Pancakes so sehr, dass ich das andere nicht versucht habe und immer diese bestellen musste (die Portion ist auch richtig schön gross) 🙈 Die Tacos, das Tradicional und die Pizza kann ich tagsüber/abends auch sehr empfehlen. Getränke sind alle unglaublich süss - für meinen Geschmack zu süss, auch die Fruchtsäfte sind nicht ohne Zuckerzusatz erhältlich.

Due to Semana Santa they had a reduced menu with only two vegetarian options which they could veganize. I took the tipico which was fried green plantain with vegan chorizo, tortilla chips and a lovely warmer pot with beans. Everything tasted really good, it was very greasy though. Service was friendly, although not the quickest.

I had the grilled watermelon. I just had to try it but I didn't like it too much to be honest. Maybe it was just me but it tasted more than hit butter than watermelon. The veggis were pretty taste less and the rice was good. I guess from such a uncommon dish I expected more.

Un lugar muy original! - Edit
Este lugar ofrece aprox 60% de comida vegetariana de la cuál casi todo tiene la posibilidad de ser vegano. Además!!! Ofrecen comida Ayurvédica!!! Es decir comida medicina! Esto sí me sorprendió y fascinó. Lo súper recomiendo.

Best place for Vegan in las Penitas - Edit
Owner removed all meat from menu.Dairy and fish still on the menu.My English is not yet perfect.I think said they wanted slowly transition to full vegan.Care for homeless dogs and has a Animals sanctuary with lots of pigs and other animals.Food is good and best place for vegan in las Penitas.
