Estuve 2 días por trabajo y fui allí 3 veces. Dos a cenar y una a comer. Hay pocas opciones veganas pero las que hay están deliciosas. La hamburguesa “pulled pork bbq” de jackfruit estaba increíble. Fue mi cena dos días seguidos. El menú, en el que puedes elegir tipo poké, estaba buenísimo también. La salsa que acompañaba a la heura estaba deliciosa.

Sitio agradable en el centro de Burgos - Edit
Fuimos a comer al Hola Flora y nos pareció un sitio con mucho encanto. El trato del personal fue muy amable y la comida estaba rica, con opciones vegetarianas y veganas. La única pega que le pondría sería quizá el precio. Pero nos gustó mucho.

Pricey and not great - Edit
Very few vegan options. The menu contained a list of allergens for each dish, but it was confusing and a bit of a mess if I'm being honest. The nachos were vegan, but other than that everything else contained either eggs or dairy. I asked the server if the garbanzo veggie bowl could be made vegan and she had no clue. My friend and I waited over half an hour until she finally came back with some answers (at that point we were about to leave). I ended up having the veggie/garbanzo bowl (which they did veganize for me), but it was nothing special. Overall, the service was not great.

Service has improved, but there are very few vegan options. This second time around, I tried the hummus (to share) and the nachos. Both were ok. Note that the burger is not vegan, they use brioche as bread. I asked if they had an alternative and they said no. I was let down by this cause the burger sounded yummy!

It’s a lovely place with a lovely staff where you can order some veggie and vegan courses.

The place is in the middle of the city, in the old town so close to the cathedral, the main square, and the pilgrims hostel on the Camino De Santiago.
