It was nice to see a separate vegan menu when we dined here. We tried two different pasta dishes and both were super tasty.
Read moreThe atmosphere was very crowded and loud while we were there, so unfortunately we got seated at probably the worst table in the place. Our server still did her best to provide friendly customer service while having to deal with the busy dinner crowd. The restaurant was nicely decorated and would be a good date night option. Since this place is so close to downtown, It was also nice to have a parking lot reserved for the restaurant. We are planning to go back again to try the vegan pizza!

Fun date spot, great cocktails, vegan menu section - Edit
My partner is a vegan and I eat mostly vegan, and Bar Corralini is a lovely date spot to meet both of our tastes. Their cocktails were expertly made, the food was delicious, and the vegan menu extensive. They have nice outdoor seating options for much of the year. I recommend the affogato for dessert!

fantastic vegan Italian food - Edit
Really tasty and fresh vegan Italian food. I feel like most Italian places veganize their food by offering some version of pasta and red sauce or olive oil. This place goes way beyond by having a whole separate vegan menu with several appetizer, pizza, pasta, and dessert options.
Read moreI got the vegan paccheri which had big tube pasta, cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, corn, asparagus, and mushrooms in a vegan cream sauce. The veggies were fresh and well cooked, the sauce was tasty and the pasta was delicious. The portion size was enough for 2 meals for me.
Can’t wait to go back and try more items!!!

Bar Corallini is an upscale Italian restaurant and bar. It is a bit on the pricier side but food is some of the best Italian in town.
Read moreNot a huge fan of eggplant, but the eggplant dishes here are out of this world. I would recommend sticking to the pasta dishes here as they are the most delicious.
Pros: Eggplant is prepared incredibly , Pasta dishes are great
Cons: Portions aren’t the largest, Kale salad was laughable - would not recommend , Pizzas are just good but not great

My husband and I shared the vegan antipasti and it was a meal in itself. The vegan ricotta is so good! We will be back because there is so much more we want to try!

Amazing house made cashew cheese! - Edit
While they don't have an enormous vegan menu, they do have a separate vegan menu which is a nice ordering experience. Their vegan pizza is truly incredible. The cheese is house made and the woodburning pizza oven adds a wonderful flavor. The vegan sorbet is also delicious
