Given that Pamplona is one of the most vegan unfriendly cities I have ever been, Jesus Mari's vegan sandwich is a cheap and tasty option.

Muy bueno pero pocas opciones - Edit
El bocata vegano está muy bueno, lo malo es que solo tienen ese. Llevaba cebolla, zanahoria, calabacín, salsa de hongos y no recuerdo qué más. También tienen patatas con salsa de hongos apta para veganos.
