No Vegan Options!!

They don’t offer anything vegan… and the so called “veggie burger” is a meat burger with some veggies on top. Very unfriendly and not willing to do anything vegan. They must have changed owners after lockdown.

I asked for something vegan and they told me they had nothing. Not even plant-based milk for coffee. :(

A Vegan Burger in Cortina!

We popped in here on a whim and ended up having a great vegan meal. When we asked about vegan options, they said they had a vegan burger, although it wasn’t on the menu. So exciting! Sorry, I forgot to take a picture... but it was a wide patty on a sesame seed bun. It was on the thin side, and sort of a fried mash of veggies. Hey, in this region we’ll take what we can get. It was good, and a nice change of pace from the usual fare.

Potato soup was incredible. Also not on the menu, but seems to be a regular thing. The salad was very good—could have used more artichoke, or added beans to make up for the missing (non vegan) protein.

Wraps were good, artichoke cream really added extra flavor. The waiter (who knows about veganism because he has a vegan friend) assured us it was dairy-free. He was really nice to us and was great about customizing things to work around food allergies, too.

Very surprised and pleased with this place.
