Found a vegan option in Gavarnie!!

They have the ‘Assiette Vegan’ on the menu. It’s a warm dish with falafel, quinoa, corn, carrots and some other veggies. Healthy and satisfying. Expensive for what it is, which is the case for every restaurant in the village.
