Bar Al Pedcatore

Diner style ambiance. Great vegan panini. The vegan tuna sandwich was good, but too “fishy” for me. My son loved the vegan croissants. He said they were the best he’s had so far.

Pros: Vegan options, Hot panini, Convenient location on our way to the Dolomites

Cons: No ambiance, Out of some of their vegan options

Happy discovery

I was super happy to find this place along the road to Trento. They have several vegan options including a sandwich with vegan tuna!

Pros: Nice vegan options , Surrounded by the mountains

Cons: Pretty busy at morning
