Yummy vegan noodles with carrot, cabbage, zucchini and fried silken tofu. Was really good! The tofu was surprisingly nice, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Had to be at BaoTao Sushi Asian Modern Restaurant in Crete

Love the vegan noodles with tofu

Really yummy but they should add their tofu noodles to the menu.
