Baobab Juice Bar Casa Vegetariana

We visited this place for light lunch and we were not disappointed. I had Otello smoothie and my husband had a burger. The owner is a lovely person. He even offered me a blanket as we walked in while it rained :) The food is great and reasonably priced.

Went several times during my stay, for lunch, juice to-go, afternoon tea and cake. Baobab has incredibly friendly and kind staff and the cutest decor inside and out.

The food is affordable, clean, exotic and healthy with raw dishes clearly labelled. Everything is prepared from fresh, natural ingredients right before your eyes. For lunch, I had a wrap which arrived within minutes along with a refreshing glass of fresh coconut water.

The juice was possibly one of the best I've ever had (keen juicer and smoothie consumer here). I deliberately went for the most unusual combo of cabbage and mint with cacao and other super foods and and was not disappointed! The juices come in huge, larger-than-a-pint cups, so worth every penny.

Wraps, perfect for lunch, are around 6e for a rather small, but filling enough portion. Which only means there's room to go for the cakes selection ;)

Salads, including raw nut cheese, fruit, seeds, superfoods, sporouts, lentils, avo mousse, chutney, tempeh... are all at 12e.

Alles auf der Karte ist vegan. es gibt außerdem noch ein tagesmenü. wir haben dieses genommen und e War wirklich eine riesengroße portion! allerdings auch etwas teurer mit 12 Euro für das Reine Gericht. Getränke und sonstiges kommen noch oben drauf. geschmeckt hat es aber gut und den Kuchen fanden wir auch in ordnung.

Title says it all. You really have to go there. They are an all vega juice bar that also cooks food. It's worth every penny. It just spend a few days in Fuerteventura and went there nearly every day.

The juices here are very good, and it's a nice place for lunch in the old town, on the corner of a square that's essentially one big children's playground. I was a little disappointed with my seitan balls - they tasted quite nice but were not seitan, in my opinion, more like falafel? - although the quality seems good overall and my mum had a really nice tofu and spinach tart, which was dish of the day.

Really good place with kind people in there, their breads are awesome and warms.
It's 12 euros for all the plates, we tested spinaches steaks, millefoglie with avocado cream, and "happy goose", wich is a mixture of differents vegetables with garlic sauce.
Lemon and orange juices cost 2 euros, others are 3 euros it's fresh and natural so it's good.
Nobody asked us if we wanted a dessert (they have vegan cakes), but anyway we already were satiated.

Good place with nice people, nice food with many choices, and nice decoration, if you're in the town, you must visit them.

I've had the pleasure to eat there and the food was REALLY excellent, and the owners super warm and friendly. This restaurant is located in a calm area where kids can play around. I would definitely go there again, and in Corralejo area it would be my first choice!

Only downside is that they're not open at night. (But this might change in the future)

Mein Lichtblick auf Fuerteventura. Drogenfrei (Kaffee, Alk ...), alles selber und frisch gemacht, biologisch, vegan, vieles glutenfrei, zuckerfrei sowieso, und auch einige Rohkostangebote, was will frau mehr! Auch die Einrichtung und Dekoration ist mit viel künstlerischem Geschick selber hergestellt. Man spürt das Herzblut der drei ItalienerInnen, dass in diesem kleinen aber feinen Laden steckt.
Absolut empfehlenswert! Und auch mal einen Ausflug von der Nachbarinsel (Lanzarote) wert.

After a very enjoyable walking tour around the volcano Calderón Hondo in the morning, we decided to have lunch at this place of which we had read so many good reviews. When we arrived all tables were taken, but the owner told us he would have a free table in 30 minutes. So we went for a stroll in the surrounding streets and returned half an hour later. Indeed several tables were available now and we took the one in the shades. The menu features a large collection of fresh fruit juices/smoothies (around 5 euros) and several interesting vegetarian dishes (10 euros). We ordered 'el plato del día' and the beetroot lasagna with lentils, and also two juices. To be short: the positive reviews are all true. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious. The fruit juices came in good sized bottles and tasted just as good as the food. The accompanying bread with olives and nuts was home made and the best we've had all week. Service was quick and very friendly. The owner apologized because we had to 'wait' ten minutes on our food, but to us it didn't feel like waiting at all, because the whole place has a very nice and relaxed atmosphere.
Only downside: Baobab closes at 17.00, so for dinner you have to go elsewhere.

Best restaurant on the island! Beautiful food and friendly staff. Everything's specially chooses and consciously prepared. Served by the owners. Smoothies are fresh and delicious. Deserts: OMG :))

When we stayed in Corralejo there weren't any veg places listed in HappyCow yet. But one day we were walking and suddenly saw the sign "Baobab Casa Vegetariana" painted on a wall. We felt so relieved! So, Corralejo not only has a vegetarian place no, but has an AWESOME vegetarian place. It says it's vegan here, but when I was there it was vegetarian with some vegan options. The location is super nice in a sunny square, the decoration is lovely, the staff (italian) is super nice and the food is awesome. Very healthy, very simple, very tasty. All homemade, even the bread they give you. They had many eco-bio options and different types of veg milk. Worth a visit.

This wee cafe is brilliant. The food was very tasty. Even the non vegetarians liked it, the fruit juice is all freshly squeezed. Defiantly worth a visit. The people there were very friendly. The cakes were fabulous.xxx

This cafe is worth a trip even if you're staying in Morro Jable! It's located in a lovely peaceful square where you can sit outside in the sun or shade and enjoy their fresh smoothies and lunches. The owners put care into everything, not only the food - the decor is beautiful and the service is enthusiastic, friendly and efficient. The smoothies here are freshly made to order out of fruits and nut milks, never padded out with cheap fruit juices and served in pretty glass bottles. You can get freshly squeezed juices and vegan wines and beers too. I think pretty much everything is even organic.
We went here every day we could and were only sorry it wasn't open in the evenings too! A very special place.
