Read moreAfter operating as a food truck/stand on food festivals around Bratislava and rest of Slovakia, they finally set-up a permanent location on the well-known Sundeck on the Danube river.
Aside from their fantastic vegan Bao, they score some of the best kimchi I have ever tried, and rest of the modern Asian meals also deserve a shoutout. Bao brothers certainly understand Asian cuisine and the way in which they combine various tastes is superb.
Aside from that, they also have a wonderful staff - made an order for delivery that featured only vegan items, but the baked potato did not come by default with a vegan sauce and the staff pro-actively called and asked if we want to swap it for the vegan sauce they use for the Bao bun 👌
Throughout the years chasing them on festivals and ordering for delivery, I only had one bad experience - ordered their grilled cauliflower, dish that is very well put together, but the cauliflower was undercooked/grilled and tasted almost raw.
One of my absolute favorites when it comes to modern Asian cuisine, and if you are a Bao freak like myself, an absolute must 😎
Pros: Vegan Bao!, Many vegan options, Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Can be a bit pricey if you require a lot of food
