Delicious with loads of choice - Edit
There’s a version of the menu available in English and a section within it that lists all the vegan/veggie options. The helpful waitress said they can make any of the dishes vegan on request. I got two dishes off the standard menu - coconut soup and rice noodle & tofu stuffed spring rolls. It was loads of food at a really great price. There was plenty of seating, including tables on the street outside. (I went on a Thursday evening in April).

limited vegan options - Edit
I had the Bun Canh Chua as it’s the only item clearly marked “vegan” and it was really really good. I think they might have a couple other things but they were really busy and I didn’t want to be complicated. The prices are low. Not too much seating and was very busy when I got there. Perhaps reservations are the best idea.
