Best banh mi, lovely owner. A MUST TRY PLACE! - Edit
I believe this place should get supported by every vegan travelers to Hanoi. While it's really hard to find all vegan, hygienic street food here in Hanoi, this little vegan food stall is very clean, owned by a vegan family as well as has the most delicious food. We had everything on the menu which was all delicious and had one more banh mi take away to eat on the way back to the hotel :) it's really that good!

Look hard to find it - Edit
We missed this place a couple of times when trying to find it due to the building work nearby. However someone directed down the alley to where we could sit.
Read moreThe food was amazing and I am only sorry we could not eat there more when we were in Vietnam.
The prices were good for the amount of food provided, and you can fill yourself up so easily.
The mixed bean desserts were interesting to say the least!
Pros: excellent street food
Cons: A little hard to find

A cute little vegan stall in the city centre. We had a great talk with the owner today too, his whole family is vegan. They make entirely homemade, vegan and fresh foods. Will be back soon!

Seating is on the street. The kitchen is down the alleyway. The bahn mi was delicious and 30,000 dong for two.

amazing and so cheap! - Edit
Such an amazing meal and so cheap. My husband had the little vegan Pattie type dish and said it was delicious. We also both had a banh mi each which was really good, the whole thing cost us about £1.30. Would be good for lunch or even an early dinner with a few of the sides. The sign talks about the stall now being down an alley, but the guy was actually in front of that sign and not down an alley.. maybe they are moving??

Don't understand the people saying it's not all healthy food here - vegan food doesn't have to be and the fried spring rolls are delicious! Plenty of healthy veg options available, but don't miss the beef pho or mushroom clay pot rice

Ate lunch here 3 times. Absolutely delicious and packed full. A nice change to the egg or cheese options you're usually restricted to.

Yummy vegan street food - Edit
In a small alley (at the green fence) you will find a few tiny chairs and a menu consisting of vegan banh mi (sandwich filled with mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes etc), pillow donuts (a sort of samosa), fried spring rolls and a variety of chè (Vietnamese dessert soup). My boyfriend and I had some of everything except for the spring rolls, and it was delicious! Perfect as a lunch or snack. Plus everything was very cheap - and fully vegan! Love it :)

Best Banh Mi in town - Edit
Important: It moved from the main street into a small alley at almost the same place. At the old place is now a non veg street food stall, so make sure to walk into the alley. Walk until you see a lady with a frying pan sitting on the ground on the right side and ask for the menu. It's in English.
Read moreThe Banh Mi are just great, they put many different sauces on it and it's incredibly flavourful. The spring rolls and the vietnamese Samosas are also quite decent!

Incredible vegan street food! Not a huge menu but what there is is wonderful. Super cheap, 5K VND for a spring roll and 10k for a pillow donut. We also tried one of the cold deserts, a kind of cold sweet bean soup. Weird but good. Fully recommended.

Vegan Street food! - Edit
The food there was so amazing that my boyfriend and I had to eat there 3 times in the same week! Everything is sooooo cheap, we ate for 50 000 dong together! As a vegan, it is hard to eat like the locals because there is meat everywhere, so it was nice to eat in a all vegan street food restaurant! The family who owns the little restaurant is so nice and they are all vegan!

The only vegan street vendor in Hanoi - Edit
We came here beacuse of the good reviews and loved it. Due to Tet they only had the pillow donuts and springrolls available but they were delicious. It's also fun to eat on the street with locals. We learned from a friend of the owner's family that they are the only street food place in Hanoi and they've been in the same spot for over 7 years. Must visit if you're in town !

Amazing street food - Edit
Had the spring rolls, donuts and pillow donuts which were filled with mushrooms, carrots and tofu. Everything was so tasty and very cheap. About 5k each for the spring rolls and 10k for the pillow donuts. There was a young chap working at the stall who speaks a little English plus an English menu with dishes and ingredients described. Grab a mini chair and get snackin.

Vegan Vietnamese Street Food - Edit
This was my first vegan meal while traveling in Vietnam, and it didn't disappoint! We ordered the vegan donuts, spring rolls, another item, which I forgot the name, and they were all delicious. In addition, I brought my family who are meet eaters, and they also loved the food. Not all the items on the menu were available; however, the taste, friendly staff, and prices made up for it! We also sat on small chairs around a small table on the sidewalk. Eat here if you want an authentic Vietnamese street food experience!
