Personally, I think that a vegetarian restaurant should be decorated in a way that motivates people (including meat-eaters) to go veg and adopt a greener lifestyle. This Restaurant lacks it! No creativity in its design and no plants...!!!
Anyway, I ordered baked spring rolls. (There are two options: 'baked' or 'deep fried'. Since I hate greasy food, I chose baked) The filling was so delicious that I ignored the fact that some parts of the spring rolls' wrappers were burnt. The dipping sauce was too spicy for my taste though.
What impressed me most was the price. Considering the service and the portion size, it was completely fair.

great vegan options - Edit
Banyan has a great menu with varried vegan options. Our favorite was the rice and kebab dish. Highly recommend.
