Veganfriendly & Vegan Menu Available - Edit
Banyan Bar & Kitchen is in the refurbished Corn Exchange near Victoria Station. I first dined at Banyan last year, when they were exceptionally veganfriendly, adapting dishes etc. On my second visit they had introduced a vegan menu with so many options from starters, mains, salads and a Prosecco & peach sorbet for dessert. I had a delicious Mediterranean vegetable rosemary focaccia sandwich, with houmous and house fries. I asked about this introduction and the answer was the demand for vegan options and other venues in the Corn Exchange already offered them. Banyan is a buzzing venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a lively bar in the evening and I will definitely be returning.
