Leckere Bowls und netter Staff - Edit
Das Bahns in Leeuwarden liegt direkt am Kanal. Das kleine Restaurant ist gemütlich und es gibt ein paar vegane Optionen. Die Bowl mit Seitan und Tofu war das Highlight, die Gyozas hingegen etwas geschmacksarm. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich. Alles in allem eine positive Erfahrung, alleine das Essen ist eher Basic und weniger raffiniert. 3,5/5 Sternen

Big and tasty bowls - Edit
We each had a vegan super bowl (with both tofu and seitan), one with noodles and salad, one with warm rice, and both were very tasty and satisfying. Make sure you choose soy sauce as the other option is (real) fish sauce.

Vegan banh mi - Edit
Erg lekkere banh mi met seitan stew. Grote porties, snelle service. Havermelk was wel €0,70 extra, dat vond ik wat overdreven. Maar verder prima zaakje om te zitten en een lekkere lunch.

Great food, nice ambiance - Edit
I really love this restaurant. I usually have the vegan super salad, with tofu and seitan or the vegan rice bowl. Both are very filling. The homemade (!) seitan is lovely; I am not always a fan of it but this is really good. At the moment there is also a vegan noodle soup, which is also very good, as is the veggie curry that can be made vegan. This is also a good place to go to with non-vegans.

A lot of vegan options. Including vegan banh mi's and bao's with seitan or tofu. Vegan noodle soup, salads and summer rolls or a smaller snack like gyozas.

You can also enter the toko in the back of the restaurant with lots of vegan groceries

Tasty vegan options - Edit
Several vegan options (tofu or seitan) on a roll or Bao (steamed bun), rice paper rolls or a salad, though a surcharge of €0,50 for vegan mayonnaise. I really enjoyed the Bao Bun with seitan. The crispy tofu was not so crispy and had less flavor (which can easily occur with tofu). Friendly staff too. The restaurant is connected with a toko with an array of oriental produce.

Nice restaurant with fresh vietnamese food and enough space. Seitan salad and tofu springrolls were great. The first time I tasted bubble tea (also vegan): funny and tasteful. Everything is also to go/take away.

Vegan Vietnamese Streetfood - Edit
Fijne authentieke Vietnamese lunchzaak! Ze hebben twee veganistische opties. Ze bieden die aan als vegetarisch doordat ze mayonaise gebruiken, maar als je aangeeft dat je veganist bent, gebruiken ze gewoon de veganistische mayonaise. Wat ook nog top is, is dat je kan kiezen voor een zacht gestoomd broodje of een harde pistolet. Verder hebben ze ook nog springrolls en salades! Ow, en vergeet niet de homemade icetea! Yummie!
