Lovely place

If you tell them you want your Bahn mi vegan, they will arrange it for you, vegan bun, sauce, everything. They usually have 2 or 3 tofu options, and the service is fast. Personally I find just half of the sandwich very filling.
They have a loyalty program if you eat there frequently.
Be aware that they can sell out of buns on busy days, so not always reliable late in the day.

Incredible Banh Mi!

This is a place that *knows* how to cater to vegans. There are 3 vegan banh mi options and they will confirm with you that the Mayo is vegan. All of their specialty dishes (vermicelli, rice, rolls) can all be veganized with your choice of protein. The flavours are punchy, fresh, and delicious. On various days of the week they select one sandwich to sell at a reduced price. The vegan sandwich is showcased on Friday!
