The bun and the banh mi are topped with pickled carrots and daikon radish, beetroot, cucumber, edamame, mint, cilantro, and fried shallots. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-2:00pm, 4:00pm-8:00pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

Very savoury sandwich with Planted Chicken. Mention vegan! - Edit
This is true fusion kitchen: Asian filling in a French baguette. I liked it a lot, it had a strong umami note. They also have noodles which are equally available vegan. Currently they're introducing "planted" fake meat, which was developed in Switzerland, available on Tuesdays and Thursdays - not tried that one yet. No vegan declarations, though, and zero seating (some public seats available at Escher Wyss platz).

Delicious Vietnamese treats - Edit
I love this place. Very yummy food, with homemade pickles and sauces. I had the vegan noodle salad with mushrooms, aubergine and tofu. Very well served, and with great sauces, and chillies to customize it to your liking. The staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices
