I came here a few times, since my hotel was 5 min away. I tried most of the stuff on their menu (not that difficult, really) and it was all excellent. Small place but has a couple of tables outside.

Where to start... the iced coffee=delicious, the iced black sugar with boba=delicious, the mixed banh mi spicy, has tomato and lettuce instead of carrot and daikon radish but delicious!! We could've had multiple of everything if we had bigger stomachs.

Warning: I am addicted to bread and need it daily so might be biased. Banh Mi Xanh fulfills one of my deepest needs: to have bread and coffee available at all times. Needless to say I love it. I also love their peanut butter option, as I feel they’re a safe snack to take away (doesnt go bad like veggies might). Coffee is always great here, and service too. Staff always speaks good English and service here was very fast when I was here for breakfast on a Wednesday ~8 am.

I only ended up here as the cart I had gone to was closed. I’m a big fan of Chay 365 pho but wasn’t keen on the banh mi when I tried it before. I thought I’d give another try. At 45k it’s double the price of a street banh mi but has way over double the filling both in quantity and types of ingredients. So it’s decent value overall. I still wasn’t impressed but that’s personal taste rather than quality. I can see why someone who did like it would rave about it but it’s just not really to my taste.

Chose this spot from this app because I was nearby and wanted coffee AND food. This was my first ever meal in Vietnam. The staff recommended the mixed vegan Bahn Mi, I got it spicy. It may be one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The coffee was great too though I wished it was more powerful because I needed more energy due to my travels but I wouldn’t be surprised if I visit here again on my trip.

I'd heard rave reviews from this place and the open hours are convenient but the banh mi wasn't incredible and just was more so good the drinks though were great. Also I'm used to big baguette when I've made and had Bánh mì before so this smaller size left me wanting more.

Had the premium Bahn mi and the taste unfortunately did not justify the price. Whilst it was good, we’ve had much nicer ones for 20-25k whereas this was 69k! The nutmilk coffee was good, but it was so packed full with ice that it was gone within 4 sips!! Same for the lemon jasmine tea - hardly any drink and mostly just ice. Overall disappointing.
