“Milk” tea! - Edit
Lovely vegan bahn mi place. Didn’t try the bahn mi since I was full, but I wanted to try the nut milk tea. It’s made with soy milk and the young lady at the counter asked about sugar. I said no sugar and she frowned a bit, and then she did her thing. I used to love milk tea before I turned vegan and it’s been a while. It was wonderful, with just the right amount of sugar for me (not a big sweets fan).
Read moreIt’s a very local place with a few small tables and inside, and there are many other vegan/ vegetarian places nearby.

Great take-out or eat in - Edit
Their milk tea was on another level and blew me away. That only is worth 5 stars. We wanted to try their ‘butter and sugar banh mi’ because it sounded so exciting. Only to find out it’s peanut butter. Still exciting but we wouldn’t have ordered it. It’s not that special but it is nice knowing I can always get a peanut butter and sugar sandwich if I’m craving it.
Read moreCame back because I was in the area, had the vegan sausage banh mi and it was great, surprisingly spicy. Unfortunately there is A LOT of koriander added.
Despite what is advertised on HC, it’s not a shop, they have seats for eating in but most people just get take out. Eating in is still comfortable, they have around 8 seats

Went to this chain 3x - Edit
Got breakfast here today, my 3rd sandwich. Very refreshing. The only thing I don’t like is I say I want it spicy and they don’t listen.

Quick grab of decent food - Edit
Easy to order quick local food. The boba milk tea was very tasty and nice to grab while walking around town in hot weather. The plant based butter sugar banh mi is actually peanut butter sugar banh mi.

Did not disappoint!! - Edit
First bahn mi stop in Vietnam
Read moreWe tried the mixed ‘meat’ which is sausage and seitan pieces and the spicy tofu, both so good! They have a slightly sweet flavour, peanuts and mint that’s we loved. Different to more traditional, no carrot or daikon and has tomato instead. Would 100% go back !!
Nut milk coffee also, can ask for no sugar😄
Pros: Options, Flavour , Bread roll

Cheap and delicious - Edit
I have the mixed option and it was fantastic. It was fresh, packed full of flavour with a little spice. I also had the jasmine lemon tea which was packed full of ice and very sweet. If I had my chance again I would request it to have less ice and sugar if possible.

Cons: Jasmine lemon overly sweet, Too much ice

Very good Banh, reasonable price for the area - Edit
We had the Vegan Spicy Tofu as we are not a fan of mock meat, it was delicious. Lots of fresh herbs which isn’t the always the case in our experience of other venues.
Read moreWe also had Jasmine lemon tea but unfortunately it was horrendously sweat so we basically just ate the ice - has potential so maybe ask to have it without sweetener.
Pros: Fresh herbs, Spicy tofu, Banh mi
