Delicious and not too far off 85 - Edit
Was looking for vegan lunch while on a long road trip. Thanks to happy cow I’ve just had a delicious lunch! Got the fried tofu and rice vermicelli noodles because another reviewer mentioned them. No regret! Also, today is Monday and they are open?

Affordable veg Vietnamese - Edit
This place is a little gem. The food is delicious and affordable. I get the Fried Tofu Vermicelli dish and I know the vegetarian sandwiches are really good, as well! There are a few desserts that are vegan as is...the bananas wrapped in sticky rice, glutinous rice balls filled with mung bean paste served in a ginger syrup that’s out of this world good! Also, sticky rice with coconut and peanuts. You can’t go wrong with any of those!

Delicious and affordable Vietnamese option. - Edit
Stumbled upon this place googling, and tried it out today. Sort of a hole in the wall in an older strip, currently only take out (during COVID pandemic.) Has a vegetarian menu online with many vegan options. Counter person was friendly and knowledgeable, familiar with what vegan means and knew (and was able to recite) the ingredients of everything we asked about. We tried the tofu banh mi, which had a choice of steamed or fried tofu and tomato or curry sauce (we had fried tofu with curry), vegetarian chicken banh mi (seitan), tofu vermicelli bowl, and tofu spring rolls. All delicious and very affordable. We specified no mayo or fish sauce, but they’d already mentioned it themselves. Really good and filling Vietnamese option.
