Only a little take away - Edit
Only 4 people can squeeze in to eat there. I did get a vegan bowl: no egg and no fish sauce, although Maggie is quite strange. The taste though was special.

I was in the neighborhood with little time for lunch, so I decided to go to Banh Mi Saigon, after reading all the reviews.
Read moreFirst of all, no option is labeled as vegan on the menu (or even vegetarian). I took the only dish that seemed vegan: sauteed vegetables with tofu. I thought about asking if it had oyster sauce by default (it did!), so I asked them to replace it with soy sauce. However, it didn't cross my mind that it would come with egg. Quite disappointed. 15€ for a vegetarian dish that I hardly touched (I ate the tofu only).
Thankfully I had also taken a bowl of plain rice (3€). I do not recommend at all.

I had a big bowl of rice noodles with tofu and vegetables and fried veggie rolls. It was very tasty and definitely fairly priced (11,50€ including a soft drink).

Great place when you need some food on the go. I got the tofu bahn mi (took out the mayo to make it vegan) and it was good! The place is a little small, but you could eat sur place.

Petit resto au cadre mignon (par contre il n'y a pas bcp de places assises car ils font plus du À Emporter). Les gérants sont adorables et ont le sourire ! Les plats sont pas chers et bons. Il y a très souvent une option végétarienne avec du tofu. Miam miam on s'envole direct pr le Vietnam 😁

I had the Banh Mi (no mayo, extra pepper) and the spring roll. Both were quite nice, overall a bit better than most vietnamese places in Paris. And it's dirt cheap.

It might be the only good vegan option around here. Very happy to see they offer tofu sandwiches (vegan if you say no mayo), vegan bowl (if you say no fish sauce!), vegan spring rolls, one vegan dessert (banana cake).
