Best Vegan Banh Mi - Edit
Great vegan options! The tofu banh mi is delicious, and the lemongrass seitan banh mi is exceptional! Note: the aioli isn't vegan, so can ask for this to be left off. The vegan pho is also good, but needs sriracha and hoisin added because the broth isn't very flavorful. I wish they were near my home in the SF Bay Area.

There are two vegan sandwiches you could get! One with seitan and one with tofu. I got seitan and it was very fresh, apparently the tofu one is a bit more savory. I would def recommend
