A vegan sandwich with plain tofu, sriracha, mayo, and shredded veggies. It costs you €13.50 and all the meat sandwiches (with more toppings) are €9.50.

Pros: Right across from the Westerkerk/Anne Frank house, Tasted crisp and fresh., Good size, a real meal.

They have a vegan and vegetarian banh mi options. I had the vegan version and I really enjoyed it. The ingredients were very fresh and the baguette was perfect. They also had spring rolls, but I forgot to check if they had vegan options.

Their vegan bánh mì is to die for! They offer them both vegetarian and vegan. Nice crisp baguettes and lots of fresh veggies and herbs. One of my goto places!

Food was good but the elastic bands around the sandwiches are an ecological disaster - Edit
My spouse and I were excited to go here and we were pleased with the food. However, we cannot go back. Each sandwich had an elastic band around the paper it was wrapped in. We sat by the canal to watch the swans and ate and then when we went to leave, we saw all the elastic bands on the ground near the garbage and right on side of the canal where the swans and other water fowl are. I imagine they put the elastic bands around the paper to keep it in place, but no other restaurant does this and they need to find another way to keep the sandwich together. It is such a pity that we cannot go back, but it is irresponsible of them to litter the environment like this with an unnecessary elastic band around each and every sandwich. And we cannot support this by patronising the deli.

Báhn Mis are easily my favourite sandwiches, so perhaps I’m biased, but this was delicious. Taking it away and enjoying it on the edge of the canal in the sunshine. Lovely!
