There are a lot of vegan banh mi's in Vietnam and having eaten more in a month than I have I could imagine, I thought I was getting a bit sick of them. Until I came here.
Read moreRather than just giving you one or two choices they have something like 15 different options, and also bao buns. Very cheap for the food and drinks. We got 3 banh mi's and 2 drinks for 125k. The peanut butter one was surprisingly really good!
Staff were brilliant, with a excellent level of English spoken. It's also in a very central location. There is some basic outdoor seating and the lake is nearby if you'd rather have a view.
If you are in Hanoi this is somewhere to go out of the way for.

My favorit banh mi was no. 13.
You can also have a free self serving tea or drink a fresh juice.

Very nice small indoor foodcart. The banh mi and the banh bao are both great. My personal favorite was the banh mi chien gion. Staff is very friendly as well. The place is also not buddhist themed, which is a rare sight for this type of food.
