So good we went every day! - Edit
These Ban Mi's were amazing! The lovely Vietnamese lady there was super quick at putting these together and they were just s tasty. With only 1 thing one the menu there isn't exactly any choice, but you don't need one. She will whip it all together in a fresh french roll and the only question you get is 'how much chilli would you like?'.

Pros: Super tasty vegan food , Quick and easy, The cheapest food going
Cons: I couldn't fit more in my bag!

Best Banh Mi I have ever had in Vietnam . It even had Shumai (traditionally it is pork but this wa glutinous rice to give the texture ) . I am so glad I went searching for her . I got one for dinner and one for next day breakfast

The best Banh in Vietnam! - Edit
Little stall in Old Town, ruled by a sweet couple. Super tasty Banh with a lot of toppings, and at only 15k, you won’t be able to eat just one!

Best vegan banh mi in Hoi An - Edit
I have tried 3-4 popular vegan banh mi in Hoi An but this place is the best. Come back the third time, the recipe has improved. It makes her banh mi tastes quite the same with the famous vegan banh mi in Nha Trang I had tried before. The stall stands next to Snack Bar. The standard price is 10k but you can pay more for extra filling. The ingredients aren’t cooked with so much sugar like every other food place in Hoi An. Although the flavor is better if you take non-chili banh mi, which you would have to remind the owner at first. Owner is very friendly and can speak English. She has been vegan/vegetarian for 30 years. Feel good that I can support for some real vegan business.
