Brilliant bánh mi - Edit
There are quite a few of this all vegan banh mi chain of restaurants scattered all over Saigon. I went this morning and it was busy! It always makes me happy to see a 100% vegan eatery busy. There was a non vegan banh mi stall nearby and it was empty. That made me even more happy. Anyway my all vegan banh mi was only 18,000 Dong. Still one of the best vegan bánh mi in Saigon. Young staff working there. Some looked like they just left school. Anyway good luck to them all.

Visited today as i was around the corner. The guy was very helpful and polite. Had a mixed one and enjoyed it. Nice way to grab lunch on the go!

Standard vegan banh mi - Edit
The owner confirmed to me the stall is vegan. There’s no mayo anyway (one to watch out for in Vietnam). The banh mi are very cheap and even cheaper on 1st and 15th of lunar month. Wasn’t busy at all so if you’re nearby try and support this new vegan business.
