Elegant cafe

This is an elegant Vietnamese cafe housed within a somewhat gritty part of NYC's eastside Chinatown. They don't have a lot of vegan items, but they have some, and this provides a nice oasis in this neighborhood. The only vegan food item during the week is cassva cake, which is delicious. In addition to this cake, I had a coffee latte with pandan sauce, which was likewise a real treat.
