Don't assume items are vegan - Edit
Based on some other reviews here and on Google Maps, I got their mock duck and tofu sandwiches a few times, assuming that they were vegan if I asked for no mayo.
Read moreHowever, on a suspicion that I might be wrong about that, I emailed the owner inquiring about vegan items, and they replied:
"So the only vegan product we have would be our mock duck curry (soy product). Our fries are in a clear vegetable oil, however it is fried in the same oil as our chicken wings, potstickers, etc, so that depends on your personal preference if that is ok with you. The tofu ingredients do not have any dairy products in it, but the bread does, and however it is fried in the same oil as non vegan products, like the aforementioned fries."
The mock duck is tasty, but you have to make sure you get it in a wrap since the baguette bread has dairy butter. A worker on location confirmed this to me as well. I suspect the worker who told another reviewer on the phone that they source separate bread for the vegan sandwiches was just making it up -- nothing is listed as vegan on the menu.
I have to rate this restaurant only 2/5 for unclear labeling and having limited options for vegan customers, even if you don't care about cross contamination.
Pros: Mock duck is tasty
Cons: No vegan items listed, Owner confirmed bread is NOT vegan

Vegan Tofu Banh Mi - Edit
Tiny place with two small tables outside. The staff was very friendly. Asked to have the tofu banh mi made vegan. It was delicious. Cash only on the weekends.

This is it. - Edit
The tofu banh mi sandwich is just excellent. Lots of fresh veggies in there and complimentary textures. It's a family run business. The staff was way nice. My food was out in a few minutes. The sign on the door says "no dine in" so it looks like they're takeout only at the moment. Definitely support good veg friendly food like this.

Good pho - Edit
I’ve eaten here a few times and their pho is great; however heads up, I was informed by someone working there that the bread on their banh mi contains dairy. That was disappointing to learn but I’m still giving them a good review bc I appreciate that they told me.

Tasty banh mi, knowledgeable staff - Edit
We were looking for vegan banh mi and the person on the phone told us about how they source in different bread for the vegan sandwiches because their regular bread isn't vegan. So, points for that! The sandwiches and spring rolls with peanut sauce were delicious.
